Sanger Sequencing Fees

Individual Tube: Campus = $5.40/reaction, Off-Campus = $6.75/reaction

Plate* (Division performs chemistry): Campus = $3.12/reaction (no reruns), Off-campus = $3.75/reaction (no reruns)

User performs Sequencing Chemistry: $1.10/reaction (no reruns)

*Plate submissions will be charged in multiples of 48 reactions:

• For a set of 1-48 reactions submitted in a plate format (the Division performs the chemistry), Campus users will be charged $150. A set of 49 to 96 reactions will cost $299.50.
• Off-campus users will be charged $180 and $360 for half-plate and full-plate submissions, respectively.
