Concentration Requirements:

Genomic DNA Screen Tape
- 10-100ng/ul gDNA for Quantification & DIN
- 5-300ng/ul gDNA for DIN only
HS D5000 Screen Tape
- 3ng/ul for broad peak/smear
- 1ng/ul for sharp peak/amplicon

Volume: at least 3ul

Tubes: 1.5ml or capped 0.2ml strip tubes

Labeling: PI name, sample #(1,2,3..)
